FROM FIRST VISIT
to your keys, in 6 steps
Buying new should leave no grey areas. Here are the six steps that take you from your first visit to key handover, and what happens at each one.
Step (01)
Meet with our sales representative, at the sales office or online. You will see the available models, floor plans, inclusions and customization options. A virtual tour is offered for some projects. No commitment required.
Step (02)
You make your choice and sign the reservation form, along with an initial deposit. The unit is removed from availability while your documents are being prepared.
Step (03)
You sign the preliminary contract, which sets out in black and white the price, the chosen inclusions and the planned delivery date. It is also the time to get your financing pre-approved, and we can refer you to our financial partners if you wish.
Step (04)
Visit our suppliers’ showrooms to choose flooring, ceramic tile, countertops, cabinets and fixtures. Our advisors guide you so everything comes together beautifully and stays within your budget.
Step (05)
You receive regular updates on the progress of the work. Inspections are scheduled at key stages, including the pre-delivery inspection: you walk through the property with us, and anything left to adjust is corrected by our team before key handover.
Step (06)
You sign the deed of sale at the notary’s office and officially receive your property. Your home is covered by the GCR warranty plan, and our team remains available for after-sales service.
